Draw something that really suits you and let your creativity run wild. This is how you create a unique product that is truly yours. Sign it with your first name, because you are the artist. Only upload your own original artwork to create your Relooped product.

As a parent, you can help by downloading and printing drawing templates for your children. You can print the drawing tips (PDF) that we have specially prepared for children. Younger children may need some help with drawing, and you can turn this project into a creative family workshop at home.

If your child prefers to draw digitally, you can use a computer with a mouse or a tablet with a stylus. Download a digital template with instructions and help your child open the template in a drawing app such as Adobe Photoshop. Read the instructions with the digital template so that you can guide your child in easily drawing in Photoshop.

Creativity should know no bounds. Do you feel the creative spark? Then get started and create a work of art for your own scarf or throw blanket. We have already created many fantastic designs for illustrators, artists, designers and other creatives.

The sizes in the product descriptions are approximate and may vary by a few centimeters. The final size of your product depends on the design and color choices.

Products with many small patterns will usually be larger because of the extra spaces in the knitwear that are created by frequently changing colors.

For technical reasons, we tweak each artwork slightly when preparing the knitting pattern. Because the knitted fabric shrinks during knitting and washing, we stretch your design lengthwise by about 10%. This ensures that your final product is as close as possible to your original artwork in terms of proportions.

Digital drawings: With your digital template, you'll receive instructions explaining how to easily prepare your design to account for fabric shrinkage.

Drawings on paper: If we receive a photo of your drawing, we may need to make some corrections. For example, we often need to thicken the lines slightly if they are too thin or light in certain areas of the drawing. The most accurate results are achieved with drawings made with black pens instead of thin pencils. Therefore, we recommend always tracing drawings made with pencil with a black marker.

If you want to use a scanned image, please upload it in the highest resolution possible.

Production takes up to 10 business days. Your products are shipped from our production office in Slovenia, and delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. We also have an option for express shipping.

Each Relooped by You product is custom-made with your own artwork. We cannot resell such unique items, therefore we do not accept returns.

Received a defective product?

In that case, you can return your order and the return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed. Please email us at info@relooped.nl within 30 days of receiving your order.

For orders sent outside the EU, we currently only offer Express Shipping with DHL Express. The rate for your country will be displayed at checkout.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price of your order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

The main reason for the higher price is the way we make our items. Relooped products are not simply printed on fabric, but knitted in a knitting pattern with yarns in contrasting colors.

It takes more steps to turn your design into a unique Relooped scarf or throw blanket:

• When we receive your design, we first convert it to a digital file. This moment is always very special for us, because it's super fun to see a unique illustration with every new order :-)
  
  If we notice that the final product would be better with some additional adjustments to your design, we will contact you and advise you on how to improve it.
• Then we turn your design into a new knitting pattern. We send this file to the knitting factory, where they prepare the knitting program, set up the knitting machine with your yarns, and knit the product.
• After your design is knitted, the ladies in the factory wash and steam your scarf or throw blanket to make the fabric as soft as possible.

Relooped products are ethically made in a small family knitting factory in Slovenia, which also contributes to the higher production costs.

Every scarf and throw blanket that our customers design tells a special story and is unique. But as you can see, there is quite a bit of work behind every good story.

Do not use images that you find on the internet directly in your digital design. They may be copyrighted, and you could be violating the rights of the person who owns them.

However, you can use all images and other content that you find online or offline as inspiration to create your own original artwork.

Unfortunately, we can't use images and characters that are trademarked or copyrighted to create Relooped by You products.

When you submit your drawing or photo to us, you give us permission to use it for the production of your Relooped product. The copyright remains with you, and we will not publish, distribute, or reproduce your submitted artwork or the final product without your explicit permission.

Your permission We sometimes take close-up photos of your drawings and final products. Help us inspire others by giving us permission to share these images on Relooped's social media and website. We only share the photos a week or more after you've received your order. You can give or withdraw your permission via the form on the shopping cart page before placing your order.

We love to share images of your Relooped creations to inspire others to participate in our creative project. You can send us your images or post them on your social media and mention @relooped_by_you or tag #reloopedbyyou in your posts. By doing so, you give us permission to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.
