Shipping policy

Production:
Our knits are made to order in Slovenia. Production of your order takes up to 10 business days.

Shipping rates (Netherlands, Belgium, EU):

Standard delivery (3–5 business days) for €12.95

Express delivery for scarves and baby blankets (1–2 business days) for €27.95
Express delivery for throws and blankets (1–2 business days) for €32.95

We ship your order via international post / DPD from our factory office in Slovenia. You will receive a tracking number to track your order in the shipping confirmation email. A signature is required upon delivery.
Urgent shipments are sent with DHL Express and UPS.

Returns

Every Relooped by You product is made to order using your artwork. We cannot resell such personalized items. Therefore, we do not accept returns.

Did you receive a defective product?

In this case, you can return your order, and the return costs will be fully refunded. Send us an email at info@relooped.nl within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

International Shipping

For international orders we currently only offer Express Shipping with DHL/UPS. The rate for your country will be displayed at checkout.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price of your order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.
