Production
Our knitted products are custom-made in Slovenia. The production of your order takes up to 10 business days.
Shipping Rates (Netherlands, Belgium, and EU countries):
- Standard delivery (5-7 business days): €9.95
- Express delivery for scarves (1-2 business days): €27.95
- Express delivery for blankets (1-2 business days): €34.95
We ship your order via international post from our factory office in Slovenia. You will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email to track your order.
Rush shipments are sent via DHL Express.
Returns
Every Relooped by You product is custom-made using your artwork. As such, we cannot resell these personalized items, and therefore, we do not accept returns.
Received a Defective Product?
If you receive a defective product, you may return it, and the return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed. Please email us at info@relooped.nl within 30 days of receiving your order.
