Relooped by You – Affiliate Policy

Welcome to the Relooped by You affiliate program, managed via Addrevenue.io. We’re excited to collaborate with creatives, gift-lovers, bloggers, and community builders who share our love for meaningful, sustainable, and personal design.

To keep things fair and protect our brand, we ask all affiliates to follow the policy below.

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 15% commission of order value (excluding VAT and shipping) on every completed sale.
Commission is tracked and paid via Addrevenue after order fulfillment.
Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders are not eligible for commission.

2. Affiliate Approval & Removal

All affiliate applications are reviewed manually by Relooped by You.
We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates at any time, without notice, especially in cases involving:

Misrepresentation of our brand or values
Inappropriate or offensive content
Trademark or copyright infringement
Dishonest practices (e.g. fake traffic, misleading claims)
Affiliates targeting unsupported regions (e.g. non-EU countries) may be rejected or removed.

Please note that Relooped by You currently only ships within the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. We ask that affiliates focus their promotions on these regions to avoid disappointing customers.

3. Brand Protection & Misuse

To protect our brand and community, we do not allow:

Promotion alongside hateful, discriminatory, misleading, or harmful content
Use of Relooped by You’s name or logos in paid ads without prior written consent
Use of copyrighted material (e.g. licensed characters, logos) without proof of rights
Uploading or promoting offensive, explicit, or illegal designs
Creating fake or unauthorized coupon codes
Listing Relooped by You promotions or products on coupon/deal marketplaces or discount aggregation sites (e.g. Honey, RetailMeNot, Pepper, etc.)
Misleading or exaggerated claims about our products, pricing, or production process

Any breach of these rules may result in:

Immediate termination from the program
Cancellation of pending commissions
Legal action if our brand is harmed

4. Creative Guidelines

Affiliates may share:

Original designs they’ve created using our templates
Photos of received products (with consent if featuring others)
Behind-the-scenes of the design process
Creative gift ideas using Relooped by You
Images and videos published by Relooped by You on our website (relooped.nl), or on official Relooped by You social media accounts, that showcase products made by other creatives and previous customers (for which we already have consent)

They may not:

Re-upload other users’ content without permission
Alter our branding or create fake Relooped by You visuals
Falsely present themselves as official Relooped by You representatives

5. Transparency & Ethical Marketing

Always disclose affiliate links according to your local advertising guidelines (e.g. #ad, “I may earn a commission”).
Avoid spammy or intrusive tactics like excessive emails, pop-ups, or forced redirects.
Focus on honest, enthusiastic, and community-friendly promotion.
Please note that inactive affiliates or those who repeatedly share low-quality, irrelevant, or misleading content may be removed from the program.

6. Quality of Collaboration & Long-Term Incentives

· We encourage regular, original content that genuinely represents Relooped by You’s mission and values.

• Affiliates are encouraged to produce content in line with our brand voice and visual identity. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask us for inspiration or brand materials.

• Affiliates who show consistent, high-quality promotion may be offered higher commission tiers or special incentives.

• We may contact top-performing affiliates to explore long-term collaborations or campaigns.

7. Policy Violations After Approval

Affiliates are expected to follow this policy at all times while participating in the program. If an affiliate violates the policy — even after a period of successful collaboration — Relooped by You reserves the right to:

Issue a warning and request immediate correction
Pause or remove the affiliate from the program
Withhold unpaid commissions for violating promotions

· Deny future applications to rejoin the program

We understand that mistakes happen, and we’ll always aim to resolve issues fairly. However, repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal without notice.

8. Platform & Operational Terms

Affiliates may not create direct commercial relationships with Relooped by You outside of Addrevenue (per our agreement).
Commission rates may change with one month’s notice.
Relooped by You reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated.

9. Legal & Compliance

Data Protection & GDPR

Affiliates must handle all personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Relooped by You bears no responsibility for how affiliates handle personal data. Affiliates are responsible for obtaining any necessary user consent for data collection when using their own websites or tools.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This affiliate policy and any disputes arising from participation in the Relooped by You affiliate program are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek a resolution through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation, before pursuing legal action. The competent court in the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved disputes.
